A quite good parkour video with some nice jumps (nice precision jumps in particular). I just regret there is too much “one jump at a time”. Parkour is not only jumping. Jumping is not always Parkour. I would love to see more real parkour videos, with a succession of passements, jumps etc., like an obstacle course with speed and efficiency.

Another video from Spanish Parkour group MADD (Madrid Art Du Déplacement). This time, it’s a video from a trip to Leon (I don’t know where it is, but probably in Spain). Another good video from them, with control, nice technics and quite big jumps !

“Un lundi cool” is not a parkour video with David Belle (check this one to understand : Un lundi cool with David Belle and Kazuma). This “Un lundi cool” parkour video is from and with MADD : Madrid Art Du Déplacement, a parkour group in Spain. A quite good Parkour video in my opinion !
