Kat is a Mexican Traceuse (girl who practice parkour) from Monos Urbanos parkour group, and she is good ! Here is a training video she did recently.

“Nature” with David Belle and Cyril Raffaelli is a video with a lot of acrobatics and tricks and a bit of Parkour movements. Really impressive !
“Forêt” (or “fort”, I’m not sure) is an old video with David Belle performing Parkour in the forest. There are also some extracts from Mana O Te Toa. You will also see David dancing haka, a traditional dance form of the Māori of New Zealand.
