This video shows some of the activities of the Dijon Parkour Crew, a french parkour association, during the year 2006/2007. Thus we can see that we travelled a lot, in France and around, like Geneva or Barcelona. We like discovering new places, because it makes our technic growing, working on such different architectures. I want to precise that everything we do in parkour is repeted more and more. We work first for the feeling of the movement. If the landing is bad for example, then we’ll not stop working until the move is very well done. We define our practice as a parkour practice, as our aim is to pass the obstacle with efficiency, and not first for esthetic reasons. But as we sometimes do some demos or video clips, we can add flips.
