Sam Mccone (from around Guildford) aka Lost-Monkey : May – June 2006 : training in half term. Sam has been practising Parkour for about 8 months. The first section of the video is in some trees we call “Shanes Tree”, the second section is in Guildford and the third is in Aldershot. Filmed and edited by Teige.

Nicely made video, and well done with the play ground, that’s where I got my skills for jumping walls, climbing ladders, sliding down mountains, long before I knew about Parkour.
