“RendezVous 2” seminar lead by ParkourGenerations was last week (December, 8th of 2007), in London, a great success. During the event, the Yamakasi (Yann H’nautra, Laurent Piemontesi, Williams Belle and Chau Belle Dinh) took the time to answer questions from Traceurs who were present.

With Kazuma and Johann teaching, the video shows the less glamorous side of parkour training - and this is where the real work is done by serious practitioners : the aim is always to be functional no matter the circumstances.
